Building kebab, a private feed for the things I would normally text myself
Designing and building an iOS app for keeping what you notice - threaded notes, collections, reminders, and entries that resurface.
kebab is a private place for the things I would normally text myself. Entries are as quick to capture as a text, but unlike a texting thread with yourself they do not rot in the scrollback: I can comment on my own notes, so a restaurant recommendation quietly becomes a running review thread and an idea gets argued with three weeks later. Notes file into collections, carry their own reminders, and resurface on their own schedule, because the whole point is that the things you notice should come back to you. I designed it, built it in SwiftUI on Supabase, and ship it to TestFlight myself. It is also the most honest design work I do, because every decision gets tested nightly against the one user I cannot hide from - me.
